They have obviously spent a lot of money since Ben's Playworld, but it isn't as good. Outdoor and adult entertainment looks great but we went when it was wet and therefore closed. This meant nearly nothing for adults to do and still had to pay £5.85 each!! Very poor value for money! Won't be going again.

Awful place. Never have we had to pay for adults to enter a KIDS play centre! There is no justification for this whatsoever. The play area is mediocre compare to the many others we have visited over the years, but its 3 times more expensive. Food terrible. Staff miserable too. Never again I'm afraid!

Wouldn't bother going there again. I came down from up country visiting family and decided to take my 2 year old on a rainy day. There are no prices displayed outside so you're in the awkward situation of deciding at the front desk where you find you have to pay for adults too, making this a very expensive trip out... More

Kids love it its big noisy and every adult turns into a child. Its cheap to get in and you can not eat your own food apart from babies of course, but if your on your holls and its raining its the place to go, some of the big slides are open at fixed times

Very disappointed. Told tickets ran out end December but no expiry date on them so took away 2 very disappointed 8 year olds. We have been frequent visitors in past and had birthday parties as well. Didn't like the way we were treated didn't even get the offer of paying the difference between the old price and the new price.... More
