“Wonderful Old Building”

A 100 year old building using modern ideas about heating, cooling, and orientation to the climate. Restore in teh last 20yeasr form a wreck, and very well worth the visit. Just down the road from the Bihops Lodge Motel.

This 1889 large house was home to the Anglican (Church of England) Bishop of the Riverina from 1889 until 1943. While the gardens contain some historic rose varieties, these held little interest for me as I prefer Australian native plants.
