We had a great time checking out all the shops! Had lunch at Harts Tavern, very enjoyable typical bar food. Live music was great. Samples at Casa Casale was really good and enticed my to spend a lot of money! Want to go back and spend more time.

We enjoyed our Sunday at Peddler's Village. There is a shop for everyone who likes to shop. With plenty of different things to taste, you will be full before you get into any restaurant. The only negative is the adjacent outlets are nothing special. The strawberry festival is not very strawberry oriented. Don't come if you don't shop.
If you enjoy small, privately-owned shops offering variety of goods and services, you will enjoy visiting this site. My wife, her grown daughter and I spent about four hours there recently. From unique celtic items in one shop to interesting cookware in another and a huge variety of hot sauces in yet another. This is a shopping trip I actually...

We took our 10 year old nieces to see the hoilday lights & gingerbread houses as well as to play & ride the old fashioned merry go round @ Giggleberry Fair. The village itself is free, as is the parking which can get crowded. There are lots of coupons to reduce costs @ Giggleberry.
There were many shops conisting of things that would apeal to various interests. The Christmas lighting was great. The restaurant, Cock and Bull offered good food. The visit was most enjoyable and relaxing.
My wife surprised me with an overnight stay in New Hope, so we checked out Peddler's Vilage just 8 mi away. On a Monday evening many shops were open and the lights looked fantastic. They even have a Gingerbread House on display that would be great for the kids.
It very unique and there is a large variety of shops to wander around and search through. It decorated very well for the holidays. The prices are a bit high but the area allows that because the locals pay the prices.
OK, I don't want to sound sexist, but I have to agree with many of the other reviewers. This collection of boutiques is not the place most guys are going to be thrilled to visit. But it will make their wives very happy to go there. The "average" rating is based on my interest (or lack thereof) in the stores...

I though that the only thing across the river from Lambertville, PA, were the very trendy and pricy shops of New Hope, PA. My bad. A little further on into the Keystone State is the tiny hamlet of Lahaska. Actually, its part of Bucks County, so you probably know what's coming.
But if you don't want to cop-out and buy...
