This factory store is in the heart of Lititz. It is a free place to visit, buy items, visit the small museum and get free samples. Worth a short visit.

Great chocolate, historic building, great selection for gifts and personal

We could smell the chocolate from the sidewalk outside the factory. Inside you will find a well-produced documentary on chocolate, history, production, and technical aspects. There is a well stocked store and a small museum devoted to chocolate. If you can't take it all home in the car there's a mail order catalog.

Worth a special trip to Wilbur's...what Hershey could have been without the paraffin. Dark chocolate grahams are beyond campare!

This place can be crowded due to the size of the historic building, but the products and smell are worth the patience!

Though Wilbur does not offer a factory tour, their little store is filled with some very delicious creations. If you are in Lititz, it is definitely worth a stop for at least a package of Wilbur buds, which are basically a creamier version of a Hershey kiss. I thought Wilbur was just okay. It wasn't kid friendly because it's so small. The workers seemed cranky about the girls showing normal interest in a chocolate factory. Their product is good, but not worth the price. Chocolate fans should like it and stop for sure. We won't be back.

Amazing chocolate! I prefer the dark chocolate but won't pass on the milk chocolate, especially the peanut butter meltaways....yummm! There's a huge selection...I always buy more than I anticipated because it all looks so good. My visit was in April right before Easter so I stocked up :)

We entered a shop that has a lot of original chocolate molds and tools in a section blocked off. It was fun to see so many different things, but I would have enjoyed learning a bit about them - either a tour guide, or a sign giving some of the info. The kids enjoyed watching the staff actually making chocolate.... More
