Excellent for all kitchen equipment. Was a very lucky find as we were walking by and it was open late one evening giving people a cookery demonstration so I had chance to buy many things for the kitchen.

Loved this Charleston SC store. We spent a good 25 min. checking out all the great kitchen gadgets. They also have a classroom where they offer cooking demos and class participation, for a charge.

Love this place. They have great supplies and even do demonstrations on the other half of the store. Its a great spot to find something cool as a gift for a host/hostess, or the foodie in your life. Loved all the South Carolina cookbooks! I thought the staff was super friendly and there is a (clean) public restroom (for any... More

I went there thinking they would be selling the Maverick liquors, but they don't, which was a bit of a let down. While they have a decent section of Charleston/Southern-based items, it's basically just your typical kitchen gadget store.

We signed up for a 2pm cooking demonstration and had such a fun time. She made smoked pork with peach sauce, deviled egg potato salad and the best banana pie I have ever eaten. Danielle (I believe that is her name) was so personable and fun to listen to and had great suggestions. We ended up purchasing a stove top... More

The chef, Kat, was really very good and extremely personable. She taught us how to make pecan-encrusted catfish, a very nice Carolina rice and vegetable dish, and heavenly cupcakes for dessert. She gave simple, clear instructions, along with a little history lesson about the "low country" and its cuisine. The meal she prepared was delicious (yes, we ate the result... More

These classes are perfect for first time cooks. My husband and I took a chicken class but we were really too experienced for the class. I did get an excellent and different method to cook chicken out of it. A tea smoked chicken that was easy and delicious. We enjoyed ourselves and the food that was prepared was very tasty.... More
