Took the grandkids and everyone had a great time.....we went later in the day around 3pm and it was not so crowded...no one wanted to go home

Family stayed at James Island County park while visiting Charleston. Kids had a good time. Lots of very watchful lifeguards, water was clean, lots of fun activities for all ages. Teens may not be enthusiastic but great for families.

Visited this place yesterday with family and grandchildren. The park is excellent, well maintined, secure. It is an outstanding place to take toddlers to play in the water. It is like one of those modern playgrounds with the ramps, slides, bridges, tunnels, etc. but it is all in about 1 1/2" feet of water. Very interactive. Plenty of space and... More
