Bought passes through Groupon. Come to find out, Groupon was more expensive than purchasing through their website. Tickets expired in August, but they said they would honor until end of November, which was nice. However, when I called in November, they wouldn't honor them anymore. When I said I just wasted my money, the guy laughed at me and hung... More

I had a Groupon voucher for this company. Several weeks ago I called in advance of my trip to Charleston. I was told to just call 24 hours in advance. Well, I did. The man told me he could give me a tour in a week! I then told him I would in for Groupon. I received a call back... More
