I went here to enjoy the roof top views. I was surprised with the entertainment. There was a cute gal singing some soft jazz songs with a couple of older gentlemen providing the musical backing for her. The happy hour price of $4 for margaritas was not bad either. I WANT to tell you to run to this place, sadly, the college crew have done that first and what could be a gorgeous bar with sprawling cityscape views is weighed down by the college crew that frequents it. Go early (around 5pm) and you'll likely escape the crowd and be able to enjoy the pristine views and inexpensive drinks.
