We got bikes suitable for beach or road use. There were light weigh and in good operating condition. The price was on the lower side $29/week (we checked around before choosing). The service was fast and it was only $1 for the optional damage rider which gave piece of mind. Not sure how the experience could have been any better.

We enjoyed our kayaking as a family, but did not see any dolphins. I did not expect this to be guaranteed but felt the staff could be more friendly and helpful online. Please ask the best time to kayak, because at low tide which was Sunset, our guide was reluctant to stray too far. We only looked a oyster shells.

I just wanted a beach bike for an hour. It was easy to get in here and get out with one quickly. The bike was fine. Everyone was friendly.

We rented 4 kayaks for approximately 2 hours and travelled the Western portion of the canal loop. It was a very gentle ride, perfect for a family that hadn't kayaked previously. The scenery was primarily the rear sides of the homes bordering the canal and the golf course. We saw many jumping fish and a variety of large water birds.... More

We always get the tandem bikes. Great service. Kids love it. It's a highlight to ride on the beach.

This was the second year I have rented a kayak from Hilton Head Outfitters (formerly Palmetto Dunes Outfitters) to explore the Palmetto Dunes lagoons. The staff are very friendly, and renting the kayak was an easy process. They provide a map of the lagoon area, and suggest routes to take. I rented for an hour and found that to be... More

We actually had tried to get on another tour that we had heard about but they were doing repairs to their vehicles. Are we ever happy. The other was a large vehicle that takes a large number of people and, while it is more expensive ($45 per person versus $14), this was a private tour just for our family on... More
