We stayed at Market Commons (ResortQuest) and got a free vehicle pass to the Myrtle Beach State Park. What a life-saver ! We drove here every day. Great easy parking. Quite boardwalk to the beach. Nice clean showering stations. Sometimes it was too quiet so I would suggest keeping an eye on your kids. more

My family lives in Conway and we purchased a park pass this year for $35. It is well worth it....the beach is not over-crowded, and very clean. I recommend that if you visit Myrtle Beach often, buying the pass is the way to go. No parking problems at all also! THANK YOU FOR A GREAT PARK! more

This park was policed the whole time we were there....the beach and the campgound. You were not allowed to ride bikes on the beach. No dogs on the beach, No this, no that. Staff were everywhere basically policing the campsites, like don't breathe or I may through you out. Lifeguards on the beach were constantly blowing the whistles at everyone...you... more

We opted to pitch our tent this time visiting Myrtle Beach instead of slugging it out for a good hotel at an affordable rate. The payoff was great!
