Our second day in Myrtle Beach was overcast but not too cool - not a great day for the beach but a great day to try some mini golf. We had driven up and down the main drag (Business 17) the previous evening and decided to try this one. Glad we did! There are two 18 hole courses. You can... more

Compared to the other courses up and down Kings Hwy., this place IS a dive. The greens are horribly worn out. The day me and my wife went, repairmen were working on hole 8 on the course we tried, and they had us "skip" the hole. Even worse, they had laid part of that hole's green on ANOTHER green in... more

We've been to the Myrtle/North Myrtle Beach area for many years now, and tried just about every mini-golf course within a 20 miles. Mt. Atlanticus is not the flashiest course on the Strand and does not have the "road appeal" of fire-breathing dragons, airplanes, pirate ships, etc... but we have not found ANY mini-golf course that is more fun. Each... more

In most cities the top attractions are museums, parks, perhaps even a sporting venue, but not in Myrtle Beach. In Myrtle Beach its a mini golf course. Lacking anything to do in the city after dinner, my wife and I decided to explore this top rated attraction. It was not bad. There is a lot of climbing involved. Some of... more

Had a good time at this mini golf but it's starting to show it's age. Some or the carpet surfaces are worn pretty thin. There are coupons out there for $1 off but they're only good for a single 18 hole play which makes the price $7 instead of $8. Most people just end up paying the $10 for all... more

We LOVED the course at Mt. Atlanticus! The course was somewhat challenging and lots of obsticles to play with. Our favorite part was being at the top of the course...very high! There are plenty of seating available in case you need to wait in lines for each hole, as we did, but it was totally worth it! The course was... more

It was a nice course with interesting statues and obstacles, though not particularly challenging. Crowded, but everyone moved pretty quickly. I was playing a par round, but "Junior" let the scorecard go into the lagoon (and had an F-Bomb-laden meltdown). I put a fatherly arm over his shoulder and told him it was no biggie. Overall, everyone had fun. The... more

Very nice mini golf course and in very good condition. $8/adult but $2 more gets you an all day ticket to play both courses as much as you want until 6pm. We got rained on when we were there and over half of the holes are indoor/covered, also nice in the blazing sun. The holes are interesting and tricky, not... more
