We toured this small gold mine. As old gold mines go, this was a good one. The tour guide was well informed and it was not a difficult mine to get around in. We enjoyed it. After the tour, you can pan for gold more

My husband who was determined to "find gold" on our trip out West managed to succeed at this tourist attraction. The place is an actual abandoned gold mine, for a small fee you can take a tour of the mine which I found to be quite interesting. If you'd, like for another "small fee" you can pan for gold!!
