Great for all ages... Kids love to snowboard an we all enjoy the tubing Hill.. fun for the whole family and very affordable.

Great bear is probably the best ski resort in eastern south Dakota (sarcastically) the place is pathetic compared to bigger resorts I've been to in Colorado and California. Don't bother going just save your money and go skiing in California.

I didn't care for this place. The front desk service was horrible. The girls just stood there until I told them what I wanted. There was no gretting or 'may I help you'. Great Bear is a great place to snowboard or ski, the hill is rarely crowded and has nice trails for begginers and experts. There is a nice terrain park with a olympic sized half pipe.
