We visited the site on the above date and apparently the footing was been very improved with a gravel path leading directly to the rock. While the new path is steep, it allows very easy access to the rock and the memory board. You can no longer park where you'll be blocked in because that area has been completely blocked... more
I went to the Pasty Cline Memorial today and i would have to say i was very disappointed, i though that it was going to be a beautiful amazing place to go, (even tho something sad has happened there) but i was wrong, the place is trashed and not kept up at all. On March 5, 1963, a single-engine plane carrying country music singer Patsy Cline, and three others, crashed in the rugged forested terrain, near Camden, Tennessee. There were no survivors.
