This is one of the best aquariums Ive ever been to, by far the best in Tennessee. A must stop in Chattanooga, especially if you have kids. Really liked the underwater tunnels. more

The Tennessee Aquarium was excellent. I have been to other aquariums such as Shedd and Monterrey Bay and I found that this aquarium is at the same level as those great places. Really nice. We always go to Aquariums becuase my kids love them But this was more than an Aquarium. They have a butterfly zone, birds, snakes and more. My husband and I took a short honeymoon to Chattanooga, TN and visited the aquarium. It was simply awesome. My husband is wheelchair bound and did not have any difficulty get around. The Tennessee Aquarium was a five minute walk from our hotel and is located very near the waterfront of the river.
