A great place to take the children. It would have been worth borrowing a child for the day so you could join in more :-) Our friend's child got to groom a donkey and thoroughly enjoyed the play area afterwards.

The worst "farm"!!! I have ever been to. Its tiny with few farm animals, the ones there are in very small enclosures, not a very nice enviroment, dark and miserable, if you saw it in a zoo you would be disgusted. No hens, lambs or piglets calves which is surprising this time of year at a farm attraction. A couple...

We purchased the 3 in 1 ticked (farm, gardens and swannery) which was good value. Visiting the farm alone is quite expensive.
The old barn has a soft play centre and some traditional games as well as interesting information about the barns history. Outdoors, there is a play area over sand, some children’s pedal tractors and some other playground type...

Beautiful setting in Abbotsbury surrounded by the old Abbey. Really good activities for the kids including goat races, pet the guinea pigs, groom the ponies etc.. there is also a fab children's indoor play area inside the ancient barn. Very good attraction and one we have visited many times. Would say though this is more suited to younger children -...

Quite a typical children's farm in a nice setting. i would have considered it overpriced had we not had tickets as part of a package deal for all 3 attractions in Abbotsbury (which came for only a little more than the price of admisson to the subtropical gardens alone which drew the parents to Abbotsbury!). Our boys (aged 5 and...

There were a few animals there but for £9 an adult to get in , it was so expensive, especially as they chrge extra for poney rides. The indoor play area is very nice though in the barn.
My kids (aged 2-10) like to come here to climb in the play areas, pet the animals, ride the horses and, best of all, drive the mini tractors for hours. Can get a bit dull for the grown ups and you have to walk all the way back the the entrance to get to the loo (can be tricky for...

First of all my kids aged 3 and 7 had a great time.
It is very expensive to get in and then you have to still pay £2 for a very short pony ride. Compared to other children's farms its small.
Very disappointed in the cafe as they charge coffee shop prices for self service hot drinks, service was awful...

A nice place to go with children, my daughter loved the animals and would have bought them home if possible especially the guinipigs! Only down side hard to park!
Quite a small farm but as we were visiting all three attractions in abbotsbury it seem to much a dissapointment. Just a few animals there and some pony rides ( £2 a ride per person). A soft indoor play area for little ones and there was a boundy castle up when we visited but once again seemed to cater for...
