Although just a small place, the animals and information we received was excellent, the people were very friendly and informative and do a lot of good work with these type of animals in the country. Overall i would advise anyone to go and see this

Although only small, the owners of this serpentarium have a real passion for their charges and can have all the facts about them on the tip of their tongues. The highlight is the chance to hold a sizeable snake and get to feel their skin. A good way to pass some rainy time on Skye.

Though it's only a wee place the Serpentarium is a nice place to take the kids on a wet day in Skye particularly as the staff are attentive and know what they are talking about. There is also a wee cafe attached to it.

What an amazing place! Please visit even if you are not a reptile lover. The staff here really care about the animals and are extremely informative.
