Never pass thru or near Uig on the Isle of Skye without picking up a mixed carton of ales from the Skye Brewery. Helpful, knowledgeable assistents, good prices (particular on cartons) and truly excellent ales. Drop in here and pick up a carton before taking the ferry.....certainly means you won´t go thirsty on your first night if self catering on...

We travelled to the Skye Brewery, & was a little disappointed to find that all it was, was a little shop. Once inside though, we found a host of local beers, & went away with our hands full. The beer was great too.

We just passed by on the brewery on our Isle of Skye tour after we found a leaflet over the brewery. As a passionate beer drinker, there was no question if I gonna by some bottles or not. The shop is small, but well stocked with all souvenirs about beer and Scotland. I decided to mix up a box of...

I liked the passion displayed to me by the owners who endeavour to produce a fine and assorted range of Scottish beers. There is one to suit just about any palate. A good little shop exhibits and sells the range next to the brewery. Well worth a visit if waiting for the ferry.
