We enjoyed the entire Mud Island complex. The monorail was unique. The museum interesting and extensive. The river walk was very enjoyable. The grounds and 'river' water were all clean and well maintained. The setting along the river, the flowers and the city background make for a very pleasant experience. more

My 2 year old loved walking through the water (I brought her water shoes which made it much easier for her to walk on the uneven and sometimes hot surfaces). Mud Island is an interesting site for the tram ride ($6 tram/museum for seniors) and the museum was very interesting, well done. Just don't plan to eat there. For the super tight wad, just walk across the bridge to the Island and don't go to the museum. Seems like the prices were high. I think $8/person which included monorail.
