Having been a Memphian nearly all of my life,it was hard for me to believe I had never been to this place. It took an "out-of-towner" to tell me about Wild Bill's. Once there I was not disappointed. I've been to this place a handful of times over the past 10+ years, and to this day it still remains one of the best places in Memphis (and there's a lot of great places to choose from). Been to Wild Bill's twice. It is amazing. They are only open for music on Saturday nights. Very small club in a questionable part of town. It maybe holds 50-60. The band doesn't start playing until about midnight. They serve beer in jumbo cans or you can get set-ups for the booze you bring in. Cover charge is 10 bucks... More

We went to Wild Bill's two years ago on a trip to Memphis, and are going back in May. It was one of the coolest places we have ever been. There are no frills or tourist trappings, just good old fashioned charm. They serve you up with quarts of beer and glasses, and the music is some of the best... More
