Wow this cemetery is filled with history unique to the South. Many wonderful people buried here and the tourguide makes it so interesting. Trees and shrubs are gorgeous. Headstones unbelievable. You will love it

I know it seems odd, but this is one of the most beautiful places in Memphis and one of my favorite places to take photographs. It has stunning magnolias, amazing statues, and rolling hills. Geocachers will find a great hunt here. Lots of history to be found here. Consider one of the walking tours where costumed guides will tell you... More

Did you know there was a steam boat that went down and lost more passengers then the Titanic? I didn't either until I visited this cemetery. There is a lot of history here for one to check out.

This cemetery provides guided tours where the docents talk about the monuments and who's buried here. Really gives a great history of Memphis' past.
