This park does have a nice view but it is overrun with homeless folks. There are many other places in Memphis to get a free beautiful view of the river. See Mud Island Park, or the greenway on Mud Island. more

This park has an excellent view of the river, and was the site of many historic happenings. You pass through it when you take a carriage ride. Nice lawns and sidewalks. I would recommend it. more
