We travelled for nearly an hour to get here and wished we hadn't. We walked around the place in under twenty minutes heard some staff arguing which was probably the highlight of the place. I think that all the five star ratings that place has been given are by the staff or owners as I really don't understand how this... More

we went to this "sea zoo" as it was a wet and windy day....it wasnt what we expected it would be like at all. The place was very cold and wet under foot.....the leaflet advertising this as a splashing day out and it looked amazing. we didnt even see the fish that was on the leaflet, no sharks as in... More

I should have realised that to have 13 people give this place a rating of "terrible", then there must be something wrong. I really wish I hadn't gone here. It's miles out the way and it is so expensive. I thought I'd be able to write more about how bad this place was and why, but it's starting to depress... More

I took my grandson there for the day and he really enjoyed it. He spent a lot of time in the shop deciding what to buy for himself. He especially liked walking under the water and watching all of the fish swimming around him.

Visited this 'attraction' for the first time with my eleven year old daughter and found it to be quite 'tired'. I understand the need for conservation and the costs involved but I do question whether this place is really value for money. We had looked round the main area in about twenty minutes (and that was taking our time) and... More

What we expected to be a couple of hours to walk round ended up at about 30 mins. Not that exciting for adults but would interest children. Family ticket is £26.00. They have a good play area for children.

The Anglesey Sea Zoo has been around for over 25 years and every time I visit things have changed. It has something for everyone. I find it excellent for the 6 to 13 year olds , with plenty to sea and do. Quiz available, restaurant and shop. Ticket allows re-entry during 7 day period. Plenty of information on the exhibits.... I've brought my kids here for years, a staple in their growing up. Very well laid out and set up, super value and loads of things to do. A great way to spend a few hours

We - like many others - looked at "Top 10 attractions" and this was listed as one of them. Unfortunately, as other reviews suggest this place has perhaps had its day. It clearly does work in breeding sea life and hospitalising sea creatures too, but as an attraction it is unfortunately limited. We walked through the place in 10 minutes... More
