I'm by no means an expert, but self and gifted amateur girlfriend pulled into Pizzini's 30 minutes before closing mid-week and ended up departing an hour later after a most enjoyable session of tasting and conversation. Recommended if you are in the Cheshunt/Whitfied area. more
