This was a funny place to go... in retrospect because of how bad it was. I imagine it opened in the early 1980's -- and doesn't look like its had any renovations since. I thought this wax museam was okay, but not great. The location is good because it is close Wyndham Nashville, The Gaylord Opryland Hotel, and the Raddison. The admission for adults is 10 dollars while children are free. When you go there don't expect new stars, they are mostly older people with the ecception of Allen Jackson. Outside,they have handprints... more
We couldn't resist going into this wax works, it looks so run down and sorry for itself. I have to admit we really enjoyed it, but I guess its kind of an ironic treat of bad wax works in a slightly run down setting. I guess it was a much grander place back when Opryland was still going, and there... more
This place is ok but it wasn't that great. I didn't feel they did a very good job at all. They had George Jones sideburns all uneven. One side was way longer than the other and he would never look that way. I noticed it on others too. Then they messed up Dolly parton. Sorry but they had her cleveage... more
