I thought there was too much hype written about this place. We made a special effort to go there. I was not that impressed. Owner was not overly friendly and neither were the cats. Merchandise was really expensive. It just made me miss my own fuzzy little friends back home. more

We have visited several 'cat houses' or feline specialty shops in our travels and the Smoky Mountain Cat House rates as one of the best. What sets this unique shop apart is the variety of products offered and the quality of the merchandise displayed. The shopkeeper was extremely friendly, and helpful, and was assisted by four or five 'feline advisors'.... more

How is this considered an attraction???? It's a retail store! Come on people! Trip advisor is supposed to help people find legitimate attractions and what-not! I was so let down. My whole family was very dissapointed! We were expecting an attraction, it's listed under "Attractions". Shame on you Cat House! more

We read about this on trip advisor, and thought...hey we love cats...lets go! The owner was very nice, introduced us to all the cats and told us about the toys he had. There were a few cute items..but just kinda average. We ended up getting a cat nip toy, which our cat did love. Don't think we will go back... more

I love going to the cat house. I look forward to out trips to Pigeon Forge and the cat house is one of the reasons why. The owner is so friendly and the store is absolutely beautiful. It is a cat lovers dream store. more

YES, this is the place in Pigeon Forge/Sevierville/Gatlinburg for Cat Lovers! We've been twice (from Virginia) and loved it both times.
