I can’t ever keep it straight: what’s the difference between a state park and a state natural area…. Oh yeah, funding. You’ll see signs calling it both. This park is located about 15 miles south of Cookeville (I-40 between Knoxville and Nashville). The first thing I noticed was the playground and picnic facilities.
