CBN has a creek and a marsh. The creek is low and slow moving, perfect for toddlers to play in. The marsh offers a totally different experience. We use this as a short hike with our dogs. Most of it is shaded along Cibolo Creek. It is an easy walk, with occasional "scrambles" over rocks. The creek is clean and pretty. These people know what they are doing when it comes to preserving the Texas Hill Country flora and fauna. Easy hiking and awesome birds and plants! I get the feeling that they love visitors here but they do not desire busloads of tourists trampling the grounds.
