Very nice for a nearly urban area. Trails need work.

The campgrounds and restrooms are clean, if you are going for the weekend get their eairly as the good spots fill up quickly. The store is small and could use more stuff, but lots of shopping is only a couple of miles down the road. Amazing sunsets so plan accordingly...bring your camera.

The people that we have met here are FANTASTIC. The fishing spots don't usually yeild many fish, the campsites are very diverse. Some in woods, some in the open on a hill and others along the water. The only problem we had with camping was the ants. We always enjoy ourselves when we go to Cedar Hill State Park.

This park has great facilities, a nice beach and the camp grounds are well maintained and clean (even the showers and bathrooms).
