If this is your first trip to Galveston, take this tour. It is very informative and will help you to know what you will want to do during your trip. Alot of neat, historical info for $10.

Worth the $10 ticket. It's actually a jeep towing tram cars since the original train was lost to flooding. It's a great hour's tour and the driver we had was very knowledgeable. You'll get to see many of the sites, and it's quicker then trying to do it yourself. There's a lot of history involved and well given.

OK, it's not a Love Train, but I could stretch a bit and say I love this train. They have a six person minimum, and when we showed up, near the start-the-tour time, there were four people on board and waiting. You could say they were happy to see us. And it turned out all six of us, on this... More

Good tour that lets you get the feel of the layout of the island. Spends a good bit of time on old houses and history of the island. Quite quiet at times, but don't let that put you off.

This place was hit hard by the flooding, and they deserve your support. Granted, they are no longer what they once were, but they are rebuilding. We enjoyed our visit and felt good helping them out with a few bucks.

A typical tourist attraction, but a fun way to see the highlights of the Island and feel like you're on vacation.

We wrote Mails.. tryed to phone .. no answers over days. Better be shure, and have a deal with them before you start. Just to go there and jump in is a bad idea ! They dont go out on bad weather, or windy days ! Thats ok ! But they should answer mails and phone calls..

An excellent, relaxing & interesting ride thru the city. Focused mostly on old houses, their history, & the history of Galveston. One small criticism; they need to update their cassette tape to CD. The tape is very old; sort of hard to hear because of static; & needs to update recent historical events... Like hurricane Ike... Although the driver did... More

We made plans to wake up early and make the 1.5 hour trip to Galveston and start with this tour which also takes 1.5 hours. We weren't disappointed! Other than Tripadvisor listing the location wrong, all was just as described. A few blocks west on the seawall from the described location is the actual tour pickup point. You'll learn things...
