My wife and I. Ride our bikes regularly on vacations. This is a easy (follows a river - few hills) very scenic ride. Don't forget to have breakfast at the monument cafe near the trailhead. Do it you wont be sorry

The San Gabriel River is so clear and the Blue Hole in Georgetown is a wonderful place to swim. There's no charge and the falls and limestone bluffs are awesome. It's not usually too busy to enjoy a relaxing swim to cool off in the summer.

You can walk, run, bike as little or as much as you want. Bring pets too. The path system is great. You can easily do many different trails, to keep variety in your life. There are bathrooms, water fountains, doggy bags, and call buttons if needed, even golf cart people checking the areas occasionally. The river area has numerous picnic... More

One of the nicest parks around. Great walking & biking trails and lots of areas for the kids to play and picnic. Plenty of natural springs.

Even though this is a small river, it's a beautiful place to have a picnic and spend time with the family. Many adventurous places

Especially when the river has water flowing is quite beautiful. The park is large, relaxing with nice trails.

Wonderful city park to eat lunch or just walk around. Magestic Oak trees everywhere. Restrooms, playgrounds and paved sidewalks. Not much water in the river because of the drought, thou.

This is a great, gigantic family park. The river winds through hundreds of towering old trees with grass like a lawn. Perfect place for a picnic. There are several playground areas (three, I think) that accommodate kids of all ages. Be sure to take bread or crackers to feed the large population of ducks & geese that call this park... More
