Loved the drive, kept us out of the sun for a while, the views were awsome and sand was clean and nearly deserted.

The drive here is a bit slow as it is not a paved road but well worth it once you arrive!
If you go to Jandia hire a vehicle, a 4x4 if poss and go to Cofete beach, wow, there not much there a cafe surfers and an absolutly magnicificent beach, if you like wild places, quiet places you will not be dissapointed, also visit the church.
Worth seeing for the isolation but bear in mind the road is unmade up and you need a 4 wheel drive to get there
Long treck over a dusty bumpy road...but what a beach, although swimming is a no no!
If you can handle the 40 mins to an hour drive along some of the worst road surfaces I ever experienced, including single track rutted bends with what look like sheer drops on the open side then you will truly appreciate what lies at the journeys end.
Leave the main road towards the harbour in Morro Jable and head out...
