Lots of interactive fun for younger kids. Wished parents didn't need to pay to get in since it is totally geared for younger children.
I am a grandmother of a 5 yr old. He is a wonderful child as long as he has something interesting to do and feels stimulated. I love this child but he is so full of energy. McKenna's Museum was the perfect spot for him. Upon entering I wasn't sure how long we would be here. My little guy need... More
My kids loved this place! It isn't huge, but that was a good thing. The kids could run around and explore their interests and it was easy to keep an eye on both of them. Love this place !
As a grandma with a six year old grandson and a two year old granddaughter I give a big thumbs up for the McKenna Children's Museum. The creators of this colorful, educational and fun venue have thought of everything. From a children's bank with an ATM dispersing play money to use at the life-like store next door to the kid... I took a 4 year old and almost 2 year old and spent several hours! We had a great time playing! Museum was clean and everyone shared activities. We left for lunch then returned for more fun!

We have a membership here so we go about once a week. My children LOVE it! Even without the membership it is worth the money. We stay, on average, about 2 hours when we go. There is a lot do inside as well as outside. My daughter loves the grocery store and the hospital and all of the outside stuff.... More
There were so many activities for the kids. We went in the afternoon and were lucky that only about 10 kids were there. It was well worth the price and the time we spent driving down to New Braunfel's. My daughter loved the kitchen play area and the grocery store she could push her cart and "buy" her groceries.
