The lighthouse is really cool. I don't like heights so I climbed up looked out the door and went back down.... However my husband and son went outside and the view was fantastic (in the picture)! The museums were also really interesting. We learned alot and my 6 yr old had fun too. Make sure you check out the front... more
Take the kids!! Fascinating fieldtrip opportunity!! Fun outing---take a break from fun in the sun and learn a lot in cool comfort at the museums at Port Isabel--we started at the Lighthouse, bought the package deal and were able to visit 1-a-day!! Don't recommend taking young ones up into the Lighthouse (under 5). Treasures of the Gulf museum has fun... more
