We enjoyed learning about the different olive oils and what makes each one unique. I am in love with the blue cheese stuffed olives and bought multiple jars!

We were not part of the tour and we felt pressured to quickly taste the wines before the tour came in. We left, never to return.

We visited Bella Vista vineyard on a Sunday afternoon and had a lovely time. The woman who lead our wine tasting was very knowledgeable, conversational, and even rather witty. We had a great time talking to her. We sampled four wines and were very impressed. Additionally, we tasted multiple olive oils and learned about the olive oil making process. The... More

A really unique experience - the olive grove, the garden (I had never seen asparagus growing! - it's a beautiful plant!) and the owner, Jack. We've been to Greece and Italy, but we learned 100 times more about olives here. Yes, the combo reception, wine & olive tasting, sales and processing building is small and can be crowded sometimes, but... More

I had read some of the reviews on trip advisor and wasn't convinced this would be worth it. It definitely is!!!! The owner is very knowledgeable. He talks for about an hour about the whole history and process of making olive oil. He even teaches you how to pick out good olive oil and how to cook with it. They... More

My wife and I took the tour. The owner of the property leads the tour. He was very knowledgable of the olive process and shared many stories. My only complaint would be the wine tasting room was crowded and hot. But overall it was worth the visit.

My husband and I checked out of our B&B around 12pm, which is apparently when the Sunday tours start, so we missed it, but the owners did a quick olive oil tasting for us. The owner educated us on how to discern various nuances of olive oil. We especially liked the garlic, which can be used anywhere. We also liked... More

Very interesting tour of the olive orchards, and Jack, the owner is a walking encyclopedia of knowledge about olives. Who knew that only three places in the world grown olives, and Texas is the third! Jack gave a very interesting talk on all things olive-related, including how olive oil is made, the oldest olive orchard (thousands of years old), and... More
