A very small museum, but displays very professional and interesting. The actual sites out back were the most fun.

Being someone who suffers from Museum Fever ( someone unable to stay in a museum more than 45 min. ) it is perfect. Great overview, good interactive displays...and a great gift shop...a star in my mind.

This is a beautiful small museum with very informative displays indoors and outdoors....good movie introduction. The gift shop has some lovely jewelry and pottery at very good prices.

Only small, this little museum boasts some excellent exhibits and artefacts, as well as having a fantastic little gift shop and a wealth of information on offer. If you're looking for something a bit different to buy as a gift, this could be the place. It was great to see the reconstructed dwelling outside, and the remains of the excavated... More

As the other reviewers mentioned this state park consists of a museum and self guided tour of the Anasazi archeological site. It was interesting and educational. They had a really nice gift shop and I found the staff to be very friendly. The cashier in the gift shop was nice enough to make some recommendations to me about where to... More

Sick of looking at rocks? Stop here and take a breather. Small, informative displays, nicely preserved village at the back of the museum. It takes less than an hour and is a good way to do something interesting that doesn't involve hiking. A surprisingly excellent gift shop is worth the stop alone. Very nice jewelry and souvenirs that are a... More

This state park consists of a museum and short self-guided tour through some archaeological excavations of an Anasazi village where 200 people lived about 800 years ago. It cost $4 per individual or $10 per family to visit the site. The person at the desk was not terribly friendly. We paid our money and went to look at the site... More
