Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

This used to be Planet Play but it's now an All Star land and fun center. The new lake are gorgeous do we were expecting more than typical bowling alley food. At first I thought we would never know because after bowling for over 20 minutes, and after asking twice, there was no server. We ended up going to the snack bar and ordering ourselves. The server showed up fifteen minutes later and we only had the lane for an hour!!! We told her we had already had to order, no apology. The food came and wow.... my kids' elementary school pizza is better! Do yourself a favor and eat BEFORE going here, or better yet skip this place all together! We will not be coming here again.

This place doesn't exist anymore. It was fantastic when it was John's Pizza. But once it changed to Planet Play, it went downhill. Glad Allstar bought it, and changed it back to a fun place!

They were building Bowling area and some of the fun like the go-karts is gone. I believe they said they will not have buffet either. The laser tag is still fun.

We have the pass of all passes so it is a bargain for us but we saw some families paying over $100 for a few hours of fun. We love the laser tag and go carts. The buffets is better than most but everytime we go they have one pizza under a heat lamp that's picked over. The mini golf is way fun.

My husband and I took our two little boys here for something to do while we were in Salt Lake City. They absolutely loved it. We had eaten before we went and just enjoyed the games and activities. I can't wait to take our boys back for some more fun.

We were given a living social deal for Christmas and we finally got around to using it at Spring Break, right before the promotional value was set to expire. The place was really busy, but I have to concur with most of the other reviewers that it was dirty, the employees were for the most part uninterested with the exception of the young lady at the front desk, she was very engaged and helped us understand how to get around. The mini golf was a joke, don't even bother doing it, we felt rushed, the people behind us kept trying to play through, (they were young children, but still, where are the parents). The pizza buffet, well it wasn't quite as bad as people made it out to be, the pizza while not great was still OK, with halfway decent selections. The smores dessert pizza was very tasty, my kids kept wanting to get that one. The salad bar was bad, I wouldn't trust that it was clean.
The kids had fun, the go karts were going through their daily 2pm maintenance when we were there so we didn't get to ride them, only 3 of the bumper cars (which don't work with the pass of all passes) were working and the "bowling lanes" were packed
We still have some credits left, so we'll probably go back to use them, but unless you have a deal, I'd NEVER pay full price to this place, even with your pass of all passes, the arcade games are very spendy.

We arrived on a Wednesday at 11:00 in the morning, which is the time that they open. We had a coupon for two buffets and two hours of unlimited play for $20. The girl who checked us in explained how the play time works, which is that they give you a credit card type thing and the first activity that you use it for starts your time. You have two hours from that time to do as many of the activities (race cars, mini bowling, laser tag, mini golf and bumper cars) as you can. She suggested that we eat first and then play or play and then eat, so that you don't lose time in the middle. Since we were hungry, we thought we'd eat. Small problem, there was no food out. We asked when it would be coming out and they said "soon." So we took the time to walk around a little bit and found that none of the attractions were open either. To top it off, employees were still arriving at work this whole time. I guess the moral of the story is to not arrive when they open thinking that you're going to avoid the crowds, they won't be ready for you.
We found a table in a room with a cartoon show on and sat down to wait...and wait...and wait. At 11:26 the first pizza came out. I will say that either the management read these reviews or had complaints another way because the food is actually pretty decent. They are putting toppings on the whole pizza now, not just on one side. Within about 10 minutes, they had 5 different pizzas out and one of them was a chicken with alfredo sauce and bacon. Quite tasty! They also had an average salad bar, three hot pastas, baked potatoes and 4 dessert options. On the whole, the food was much better that Chuck-e-Cheese.
After we ate we went to play. We did the race cars first and they were really fun. Then we moved to golf and then bowling. At this point we noticed that the bumper cars weren't working, which was disappointing. I think in the two hour time limit we rode the race cars 5 times, golfed twice and did the bowling once. Being Spring Break, the crowds weren't all that bad. I assume that in the summer it wouldn't be a great place to be. If it had been any more crowded, I wouldn't have felt like we got our money's worth. As it was, I felt like we did and it was fine.
There were a couple of other issues that I feel worth mentioning. After we played, we grabbed a dessert and drink and sat down again. The area with the tables was totally filthy. It looked like it hadn't been bussed since we'd be in there before. This was really disappointing and I didn't like having to clear a place for my daughter and I to eat. There appeared to be no employees around to tell about it either. They shut down the race cars for 90 minutes when we had about 20 minutes left on our cards. That meant that there was one less activity for the crowds to do, therefore making it more busy at every other attraction. There is no attendant at the golf course. You swipe your card and a ball falls out of a dispenser. The balls were all out when we went back for our second game. We had to find someone willing to give us their ball when they were done instead of shooting it in the last hole (which takes it) because again, no employee in sight to refill the balls.
Overall I'd say it was a pretty good day. My daughter had fun and the food was decent. They just need to to a little work to make themselves more than just an average attraction.

*plates were sopping wet with water
* Salads were frzen
* no Door to kitchen
* FLOOR WAS A DISASTER
*napkins all over the floors
*tables were never cleaned
* employees were rude and careless
*Employees all stood in a corner talking and laid around carelessly
*No clean cups
*dirty used cups sitting all over by the drink machine
* supervisor was lazy after hearing our complaints and did nothing to improve them
*they are to tight to use the heater
*Wouldnt let us bring in a birthday cake for sake of reserving tables (though there were no clean ones any ways)
* We took 14 people here and spent over $200 on it and we stayed for about 1 hour
* go karts were not working for 1 hour and a half for maitnence ( which they dont tell you is a regular thing and you have to purchase the attraction times by the hour)
*Prize shop was out of just about everything!!! ( which last time we were here they said they restock weekly and still have nothing!)
* mini golf ball machine didnt work
*3 out of 4 bumper cars were working
*mini bowling was packed and 2 of them were broken

We purchased a deal from KSL.com which included 4 buffets, 8 attractions and 4-$12.00 fun cards for $41.00. We drove 70 miles to this place and were immediately disgusted.The main door to the games splits the buffet in half so all of these people are walking though the food area as you are trying to eat.The pizza has topping on 1/2 of the pizza so the other half is garbage, the pasta sauce is so watery it was tasteless. The salad bar consisted of CRAP from cans. Ever one of their employees looked like they were out on visitation from the state prison. Their food was nasty with the food bars looking as if they had never been wiped.The floor has not seen a mop in weeks. The kitchen area does not have a door so you are able to see the stacks of cans that they take the processed food out of and dump into containers, feeding you like a pig eating slop.The games take credit card type things instead of tokens but the games all last about 10 seconds and put tickets back on your card so you can spend a TON of money really quick. By the time we waited for all of the games we had enough and left without waiting in line for the attractions. We hoped this place would be nice like the 49th Street Galleria use to be but we were wrong. It is sad to say but this place needs to go out of business, their business model sucks!

Was such a great value. Took 6 people and played all day. The prizes at ticket shop are junk but other than that it is awesome.
