The club has a heated outdoor 25 yard pool. We paid $75 for a 5 visit pass. When we arrived, 2 of the 4 lanes were in use but the others were covered with a solar cover. We asked them to open the other lanes (as they had indicated they would). It took them 25 minutes to get someone to... More

We sincerely apologize that you were not able to experience the high level of service we are committed to providing to all our members and guests. Unfortunately at the moment you made the request we did not have the Front Desk staff available to promptly pull the lane covers and the person you asked it of did not follow the... More

I have been a member for over 25 years and I will not renew. I feel uncomfortable using the showers. Towels are ruff and sparse. The pool is cloudy and the chorine level is irritating to my sinuses. I would not even get into the inside jacuzzi. The staff is preoccupied and make you feel like you are intruding if... More

I travel a lot and found Silver Mountain Sports Club to be a great place to come for a workout. I visited everyday and loved the atmosphere. Nice clean pool for my lap swimming. Huge weight room. They even allow you to come back in the evening for no additional cost which was great for me since I like to... More

I have been a member for 9+ years and it is amazing how much better this club is now compared to even a few years ago. The weight equipment is awesome, they have two pools so my wife can swim laps and I can play with my kids in the family pool which has a waterslide and lazy river. The... More

Silver Mountain has slid downhill for the past 4 years. What started out as a terrific gym, and the standard by which I had judged other facilities, has deteriorated into a consistent disappointment. Facility managers seem to change weekly (there's now a pool for how long each new one will last), basic maintenance is not done (good luck finding a... More

This health club is very unaccommodating! I wanted to join but they obviously don’t need new members. They offer no discounts for students. At $65 / month, I wanted to make sure I like the facility and classes. Prospective members can pay $19/day to try out the club!!!! Most gyms offer a free week to try it out, but not... More

I've been a member on and off for the 20 yrs I've lived in Park City. Every time I end up asking myself why I give them my money. 1) The shower drains are alway plugged 2) The hot tub has enough chlorine in it to kill small animals downwind. 3) They apparently only provide towels M-W-F, as there always... Silver Mountain Sports Club is an amazing health club. It has two pools, one is for year round lap swimming and the other is a family pool that has a waterslide, lazy river and a beach entry. It saved us with our kids since they even have it domed during the winter. My kids didn't want to leave they were... More
