I was charged twice for the purchase of a gift certificate and then had to hassle for a refund. The system printed the first gift certificate with all zeros so was obviously invalid, leading me to believe it was the preview copy. I submitted again and was charged twice. The company tried to deny the refund by stating there was... More

The price is 25% less than more pretentious spots, but for a deep tissue skiier's massage, more than adequate.

After a week on the slopes, I had found muscles I had forgotten existed! Knead a massage were very professional and fixed me up right as rain for another epic week of boarding! You can choose what type of music you want during your massage too, which is great!

I've never had that option to pick my own type of music...I hate new agey, messagey music...Love that idea. My message therapist was very good. CJ?? a male

I love the convenience of being able to get an appointment when I need one. The down side is that not all of their therapists are equally talented, and when you find one that is, he or she may not be around long. Tell them exactly what you're looking for in a therapist when you book, that helps.

Had one of my best massages ever. The place is clean, organized, efficient. They call to remind you of your appointment, and even allow for cancellations up to 4 hours before. The paper work can be filled out in 5 minutes. Ask for Rocia! She was excellent.

I got my first Thai massage. They explained what it was and it sounded like what I had not been getting with Swedish. Thai is to help in flexibility. I asked my masseuse to describe what she was going to do and why. She knew a lot of techniques and which ones I needed. She made good progress on me... More

This is Park City's best kept secret for massages. I travel frequently and have had SEVERAL massages. What I love about Knead a Massage is that you are paying for the massage and not all the ambiance crap places like to charge extra for. The therapists are great and I have never had a bad massage from this place.

Yesterday I called and made an appointment for a massage. When I went in the door, they asked me to fill out a form. I asked what the form was for and the massuse said to me, "It says that I can hang you from your toes and hang you from your hair." I said to her that I had... More
