Last August [2007] we attended the concert on Sunday night - Grace Potter and the Nocturnals. When the sun set and the band's music floated above us and out to the lake, it was a semi-spiritual experience - especially knowing that my grandmother grew up on the other side of Lake Champlain. more

This is a must see for any visitor to Burlington- it was made for relaxation. The view of the Adirondacks in NY was magnificent. The park faces Lake Champlain. There are many benches and even long bench "swings" that fit 3-4 people. They face Lake Champlain and the mountains. The views are stunning during sunset, when the sun disappears into... more
