From 8000 grapevines and 100 acres of maple trees we craft wines that feature only the finest locally grown fruit. The care with which we've nurtured the Boyden Farm for 100 years lends itself to traditional winemaking techniques, producing wines clean to the palate and balanced. We produce elegant, lively whites, and medium bodied reds full. Boyden Valley Winery is open year round and visitors are invited to come share our passion for making wine. Hours May-Dec.: Daily 10am - 5pm Jan.-April: Fri.- Sun. 10am - 5pm « less

Great people, beautiful setting, and solid wine. The ice wine is particularly good. The tasting is fun, the tasting room beautiful.

Easy to find, and on the way to it from St. Albans you can see a covered bridge. The winery is pretty, a working farm. The tasting is generous, the wine is tasty. They do ship. There is a sugarhouse on the premises.

We always buy their Cranberry wine for Thanksgiving. They have many varieties and now include an ice apple creme liquor - smooth and creamy with a taste of apple at the end. Wine tastings when you shop.

We visited on an unusually warm day in March when we should have been skiing at Stowe. The young lady working in the tasting room was alone with a crowd, and handled it all very nicely! I usually like one or two wines at these places, but came home with 6 different kinds - my favorite being the Cowtipper! Who... More

We visited here whilst we were stopping in Stowe on a snowboarding holiday. The drive took around 50 minutes, but it was well worth it if you like wine. We did a tour of the winery, which basically involves going downstairs to see where they actually produce the wines, looking at the machines, and watching a short video about the... More

Great wines at a reasonable price. Very inexpensive tasting with some knowledgeable people. Spend an hour here on your way to or from Stowe.

We did wine tasting at the Boyden Winery last week. There were lots of people there from all parts of the United States. We had a tour of the winery with a video of the vineyards and some processes like making Ice Wine. We tasted 7 different wines with several whites being my favorite. Fun time!!

I found this winery on Trip Advisor and was not really planning on stopping here but found some extra time in the day and made it over to Cambridge from Stowe. I am glad we stopped here. We missed the wine tour but had a tasting. It was $6.00 for a sample of 7 wines. We purchased a couple bottles... More
