Experienced this restaurant many times and never had a poor meal or service. An experience that all travelers should have. Restaurant set in a glass factory where elegant, quality glass objects are created. But diners do not hear the operation. Food and service are hard to match.

Fun to browse through the retail store and watch the glass blowing in the basement. My favorite part is seeing the waterfall outside the mill. You can see it from a big window and also from a little porch down below the store. The covered bridge around the corner from the mill was damaged by Hurricane Irene in August 2011... More

Myself and 8 other girls stopped here for lunch on the way to Killington for a girls weekend. The mill is so beautiful and rustic, with the different rooms and all the wood. The workmanship of the glass is truly AMAZING. We didn't have time to do the tour, but will definitely plan on doing so if I find myself... More

Quechee, Vermont has a lot to offer, especially during the fall season. Simon Pearce is a glass blowing factory and they also have an excellent restaurant and gift shop. The views from the restaurant are spectacular overlooking the water falls & a covered bridge. Idyllic! We loved this town.

Have been eating at Simon's for over 15 years. Menu is inventive, but soesn't change much. A tourist paradise, so difficult to get in (be sure to make a reservation). Location over the Otaquechee is beautiful, but they won't let you reserve a specific table with a view of the millpond/dam. Good value for money considering food, location, ambiance, view.

You can watch the artists make glass, talk with them and see the results in the store or eat in the excellent restaurant. This is a great place to visit even if you can't afford the products.

Over priced food and glass items. Be prepared to spend serious money here. Few Vermonters patronize this place

We decided to return to Vermont for a ski holiday to lend support after the tramatic hurricane last fall. Simon Pearce is a must visit any time of the year. The building, people working there, restaurant and of course glassware and pottery are the best. We return again and again to this beautiful space.
