There's a little shed where they have an old evaporator, and a video running on loop. Then there's a store. The products are way overpriced. You will likely find genuine Vermont Maple syrup cheaper at your local grocer's.
Many years ago, I had gone to Maple Grove and enjoyed the factory tour. The tour is no longer given, but their video of the factory process was well done. The store has all of their products plus some samples of the maple syrups and maple candies. A nice surprise was that they sell "seconds" of the maple sugar candy....

We found out that the factory tour has been discontinued, we were highly disappointed.
There is a barn (museum) that has maple syrup making equipment on display. There is a short video showing the process of making the maple syrup. You can then venture into the gift shop to see another video as to how the maple syrup is packaged...
