Tucked away in the hills of Virginia, it is not easy to find. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The tour of the grounds was self guided so we were at our leisure. The museum was small but well appointed. Worth the trip if you are a history enthusiast.

The home of Patrick Henry and a truly beautiful location in Virginia. Make it a point to go here. The staff is wonderful and very helpful.

I'm a big fan a Patrick Henry and was totally bored with this attraction. The main house was built in the 1950's as a replica of what probably stood there in the 1780's. This is a nice place to visit to learn about Patrick Henry. The grounds and house are in excellent condition and the small museum is impressive. However, it is in a really remote location. To make it worth the drive I would combine it with a visit to Appomattox, which is about 30 miles away.

First, the lady that was working on the day we went was very informative & friendly. Unfortuneately, we didn't get her name but she is a wonderful ambassador fo Red Hill. We didn't know much about Patrick Henry other then his famous speach. This brought the man to life & showed what an impressive man he was.
