Visited Monticello last week. The day was beautiful. The views of the Blue Ridge Mountains were breathtaking. Lovely home; everyone should visit at least once. Learned a lot about Thomas Jefferson that I didn't know before.

I'm not one for historic 'stuff' but felt compelled to see Monticello. So glad we went - what a great tour! Only paid for the downstairs and don't feel like I missed a thing. Very informative, interesting and I never realized what a genius Thomas Jefferson was! His gardens were amazing! I enjoyed walking through them more than anything!

Thomas Jefferson was unique statesman. It was a great tour and the gardens, grounds and history was outstanding. No one should miss this!
