Fun, fun, fun but can get very crowded on festival weekends. Longggggg drive up the mountain if it's crowded - be prepared to entertain your children!

Fresh fruit, a beautiful view, and a cute little shop. Definitely worth stopping by since it is just down the street from Monticello and Mitchie Tavern. Make sure you have 4-wheel drive as there are plenty of spots on the drive up that we got very very nervous about our car not making it!

Carter's Mountain is packed on fall weekends, when they offer apple picking, a pumpkin patch, hayrides, and more. But this hilltop location offers beautiful views of the area year-round, as well as summer peaches, yummy doughnuts, and more.

Some of the best views you will find in the area. Can get crowded during prime season, but get there early enough and you will be fine. Their donuts are awesome too!
