I've been to King's Dominion several times and I have always had a great time. It is pricey for food and drinks but all amusement parks are so it's to be expected. I am a big roller coaster fan so I try and ride almost all the roller coasters when I go. I especially like the Volcano and the Dominator.

There ots of rides. Shocwave, a stand-up roller coaster, was really fun. It is like a beginners stand up roller coaster. The Flight of Fear is also fun.

Kings dominion is your typical amusement park. Expensive day out. Funnel Cake and a lemonade was almost $15. Please, don't waste your time on their Dinosaurs Alive exhibit. What a fun amusement park. It has rides for everyone's taste. It was clean and kept up nicely. The only complaint is having to pay $4 for a bottle of water. That's just plain ridiculous. Other than that, it's a great place to visit.
