The movie is only about 20 mins long, but the experience lasts much longer. Very impressive how shots from the past and shots from the present are integrated. There is no text, just film and music, it really gets to you.

I can't agree with the last revier and think this attraction is well worth a detour. The film tells the story of the battle and also shows more up to date pictures of life today in the same area,we thought it was moving and very well done. The only other similiar film we have seen in a round cinema is... More

My husband and I were dissapointed with the experience we got at Arromanches 360. We thought we were getting a much more interactive experience inside the D-Day landing. What we got was an overpriced, outdated panorama video of Arromanches from the 80s alternating with real footage from WWII. It wasn't awful, the modern footage are beautiful and the D-Day footage... The cinema is excellent, can only imagine what must have been going through the soldiers minds when they reached the beaches. We owe them so much

There are no words to this cinematic experience, but the 360 degree screens show such a variety of images from the war and from present day that you cannot help but be moved by the realisation that their sacrifices gave us our freedom today. You feel as though you are in one of the planes soaring over the Normandy landscape,... More

The Arromanches 360 experience was certainly interesting. We caught the free tourist train from outside the museum to take us up the hill, and I would recommend this for anyone who is less able to walk comfortably up a steep hill. The view over the beach with the remnants of the artificial harbour is quite breathtaking, and it gives some... More

Definitely add this to your visit to Arromanches. Not for those of us who suffer from motion sickness. My uncle, a veteran, was very overwhelmed with this.
