Excellent vineyard tour just outside of Greve. We sampled wine and balsamic vinegar with bread at the end of the tour. Historic castle, wine cellar and grounds. The views were fantastic! Typical Tuscany countryside.

The visit of Castello di Verrazzano was very interesting. Our guide and all the staff were kind. The place is beautiful. The wine tasting and food were delicious. We would recommend everyone to visit this place.
We stayed three nights at Verrazzano. The room was simple and nice and we had a beautiful view of the Tuscan landscape from our room, great value! The breakfast each morning was included and lots homemade or local local cheeses, meats etc. It was amazing! We also did the dinner tour and wine pairing which was awesome. The property is so...

We spent three nights at the farmhouse, which was immaculate, quiet and charming. Our room was quite large and the bath was modern. The views were stunning from every direction, and there was a lovely stone patio, as well as outdoor chairs and table just perfect for sharing a bottle of Chianti Classico and watching the sun set. Roberta was...

We did the wine tour which was 14 euro pp and let us explore the cellars and grounds whilst we were informed about the history and processes of wine making. It was very interesting and we enjoyed the wine tasting even more!
We took the tour, wine tasting and light lunch. Our tour guide was great in explaining things. We ate until we thought we would pop on a light lunch. An experience which was well worth the money and the time!!!

The food and wind served after the tour was beautiful. I had booked this for my husbands birthday after reading reviews on Trip Advisor and it turned out to be...

One of my favorite places I visited! Ask for Gino. Awesome!
What a beautiful place. The heart of Tuscany, a castle on top of a hill overlooking a beautiful valley, good wines, good food matches. Nothing could be better. Brought home a bottle of the Verrazzano Reserve Chianti, olive oil, and, balsamic vinegar. Not a place to miss.
We followed the winery's website directions to take the SITA bus from Florence. Perfect!
The walk to the winery from the bus stop is mostly up hill but enjoyable in early April (portions are in the shade) if you relax, pace yourself and enjoy the scenery during the walk.
We were greeted by Simon, who made sure we were comfortable...
