More than justifies the long drive from Palma.... Costs just €10 and is worth every penny Simply amazing caves with fascinating formations. Display in the cave of hell is a bit tacky but doesn't spoil the visit. Great - and gorgeous setting.... more
The caves are dramatic and sizeable: you go through several chambers and also watch a lightshow illuminating one of the caves. It was difficult to hear the guide at times but I enjoyed the experience of seeing the caves: I wouldn't say it was particularly educational though. Not worth the 9 euros,two many schoolkids making noise,the guide spoke in 4 or 5 different languages but gave most time to Spanish,ie 5 minutes followed by 1 minute of other languages,trip was only 30 minutes long and I know nothing more about caves now than before I went in. more
